The Porch House, Bishop’s Castle dates from 1564 (the year of Shakespeare’s birth) and is described by English Heritage as “One of the most important and sumptuous houses in the town”.

Gill and John Lucas invite you to stay in this wonderful Elizabethan home either in one of the two self catering apartments (situated to left of the porch-see below); or as bed & breakfast guests.
