Large rooms or suites with either a super-king double or king-sized double each convertable to twin beds if required; sitting area with sofa or chairs a colour TV, books and magazines. Please let us know when booking if you prefer twin beds.

We provide tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge with fresh milk; as well as some little extras to make your stay special. Please let us know if you prefer soya milk.

Each room has its own en-suite bathroom with bath and in some cases shower as well.

Your choice of breakfast (Breakfast Menu) with fruit juice, fresh fruit, cereals and toast are provided and we can also make packed lunches if required although we recommend The Happy Bap for the best sandwiches in town.

The Red Room has a super-king sized bed, bathroom with bath and shower

The Blue Room has a king-size bed, a large bathroom with Victorian bath, but no shower facility

Please advise us when booking if you prefer non-feather duvets or pillows
