Included in the price is: electricity, central heating, a bag of coal for the fire (Ludlow) or wood for the woodburner (Clun), bed linen and towels.

For customers requiring use of an extra bed/sofa bed in Ludlow a charge of £10 per additional person per night should be added. Please advise when booking the total number of persons to be accommodated.

Once we have confirmed that the dates are available please telephone us with your credit card details within 7 days to secure the booking. The amount due will be charged to the card 28 days before arrival. Please note that an administration fee of £25 will be charged in the event of cancellation. For bookings made less than 40 days before commencement of holiday the full amount will be due  at the time of booking.

If you prefer you may send a (non-refundable) deposit cheque for £25 payable to THE PORCH HOUSE. Post it to The Porch House, High Street, Bishop’s Castle, Shropshire, SY9 5BE. The balance will be due 28 days prior to arrival.

Please note that once the full payment has been paid monies are not refundable. Holiday insurance is advised as with any holiday, abroad or in UK
