	Included in the price is: electricity, central heating, a bag of coal for the fire (Ludlow) or wood for the woodburner (Clun), bed linen and towels. For customers wanting additional beds in Ludlow a charge of £10 per additional person per night should be added.

		We offer the following rental periods; Weekend – 4pm Friday to 10am the following Monday Midweek – 4pm Monday to 10am the following Friday Full Week – 4pm Friday to 10am the following Friday

Once you have confirmed that the dates are available please send a non-refundable £25 deposit within 7 days to secure the booking. The remainder will be payable 28 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 40 days before commencement of holiday the full amount should be sent.

Cheques should be made payable to THE PORCH HOUSE and sent to The Porch House, High Street, Bishop’s Castle, Shropshire, SY9 5BE.

Please note that monies paid are not refundable unless we are able to re-let the accommodation booked. Holiday insurance is advised as with any holiday abroad or in UK
